It's one of the Thai dishes. which is reputed to be delicious and a favorite among tourists Green curry with chicken, consisting of chicken, green curry paste, coconut milk, Aubergine , green peas, red/green chili, basil leaves, kaffir lime leaves, coconut palm, sugar and fish sauce. It has a mellow, sweet taste.

Thai Red Curry, like most Asian curries, has a great depth of flavour. The sauce flavour is complex, it has many layers from all the ingredients in the paste that is then simmered with broth and coconut milk. It’s sweet, and it is quite rich. consisting of chicken, red curry paste, coconut milk,long bean, baby corn, bell pepper, tomato, kaffir lime leaves, coconut palm, sugar and fish sauce.

This is another one of my favourite, with chicken, onions, bell peppers, carrots, spring onions, garlic and, of course, cashews. Season with oyster sauce, ketchup, soy sauce and sugar.

Dessert

I made coconut ice cream at home (home made). I made it the way I like it, not too sweet, I add a little sugar, and mix coconut milk, coconut water and add milk cream to make the ice cream smooth.
